Acrylic & Water , no Silicon “LAVA MEETS SEA” (Coman & Menze)
Here is the finished piece on the pendulum strewn battleground:
Size is around 20 cm tall, by 80 cm wide.
Here is a closeup on the blue section, which has a very watery feel about it at this stage:
Was pleasing to see the patterns wrap right around the canvas in most places:
The black strip dividing the warm and cool side of the canvas was origiginally envisioned a bit wider … next time we will use more space between the quadrants: Nevertheless, the concept is not far from the original vision. There is minimal cells development as no silcon or other cell activator was used:
