In February 2024, the vision arose to profile a vegan family living next door to the Meatheads. With no great fanfare, the first strip was envisoined to highlight the typical exchange between the black and white meat eating neighbors, the Meatheads, and the colorful Vegans. Pilot Strip 001 ensued – it is shown below:
